Hi everyone. So here is the deal. I have a pretty old 2nd gen ipod. I am handing it down to the wife, so I connected it to iTunes to restore the facotry settings. It started to work, but then I got an error message. Now the computer doesn't see it anymore, and even if I reboot it, all I get is the Apple logo, that's it.
I restarted the computer, rebooted the ipod, but it isn't helping...can someone help me out?
