I don't believe it for a single second. The probably just copied from iPad 9 since they have no actual info. It will be at least 5GB/s speed (that is USB 3.2 gen 1, with 3.0, 3.1 and 3.2 being just a rebranding of the same thing, the difference in speed depends on the generation)2.0 according to GSM arena. It's likely USB3 speed same as the A14 Air 4.

Well unfortunately we have confirmation, Max Tech tested it, it's indeed USB 2.0... that's so disappointing... Apple gimped the USB C port on purpose...
