Pictures, comparison of 4G. 4G 40 GB vs 3G 15 GB.

4G iPod has some cool features together with the obvious ones.

Such as,....

4G iPod automatically pauses when the headphones are unplugged.
It is very easy to customize the menus right from the iPod.
New playlists can be created and deleted right from the iPod, without a need for a computer.
:D
etc, etc.

nice new features, but a lot of them could be given to older generation users through firmware updates

some advice for the photographer: Don't use a flash!!! it makes things look soooo ugly.

Unless you know how to use a slow/back flash like on some SLRs. :)

Very good comparison though, thank you.

Looking at the picture of them taken from the bottom the new 4G iPod looks thicker! Or have they been put on opposite sides for that picture only? On all of the pics the new iPod is on the left.

its a little iPod hack that shows how much bettery power is left numericlly instead of with a little graphic, im sure if you search enough in the forms you can find it.

yes the 40GB is thicker than the 15GB . . .that is evident in the tech specs on apples site. it has been that way since 2nd gen when the higher capacity was a bit thicker.

does anyone know if you can copy the playlists you creat on yoru iPod back to iTunes on your computer?
