All at the same time? No :( The iTrip for 5G and the dock want to be plugged into the same slot.

There are transmitters (not Griffin) out there that will plug into a headphone or line out socket. One of those would do the job.

where do you want to do this?

Are you looking at doing this in the car? in the house near a stereo?

First off, I don't think this is possible, I think the dock and remote need external power, they can't run off the iPod. Second, if they could, I doubt the iPod could run that and the iTrip at the same time.

So does that mean I can't connect the iTrip through the dock's dock connector?

No, it means you can't connect an iTrip to the 5G iPod and have it in the dock at the same time.

Not sure how the iTrip would work, but this Belkin should work fine. I use my dock to play my iPod through my speakers, and I don't need external power. Not sure about the remote. I have an extra Belkin, PM me if you wanted to try that route.
