99 cent movie?

Bored on a Friday night and figured I would check out what I could rent for 99 cents...can't find it anywhere. The only 'real' place that I knew it existed was in the top right hand corner of Top Movies and now it's not there.

Is there another place to find it in the store? Or has apple ditched it?
