I think booting from the CD that came with your computer will do it, there is a utility to reset passwords

well, I can tell you how to reset the admin password, but that wouldn't be fun.

What did you to force your sister to make you a standard user?

i know how you can get payback type in short cut shutdown -5 -t 3.
and click ok then finish then right click it into properties (name it internet explorer) then click change icon click ok then scroll along and change it to internet (move the real internet into one of her folders) then when she clicks it, it shud shut down hehe or you could do the fake virus trick 😎
first! you need to get note pad open
second! you need to type on each line:
@echo off
:hack
echo ACTIVATEING VIRUS
goto hack
Third! now go and click save as then type in (anything) .bat
now look at the desktop and click it! hehe well hope this helped
