activate iCloud account first then MM?

Quick question....

I have MobileMe on my MBP, iPhone and iPad. I have lion 10.7.2 and iOS 5 on all devices but haven't signed into iCloud yet. Before I go to me.com/move and make the transition, do I need to sign into iCloud on each device, or do I make the me.com move first and then I sign into iCloud? Just wanna make sure I do this right the first time.

Migrate first. When done. Sign into each device for iCloud using your MM credentials.
