Adding soundboards/music into a skype conversation??

I have skype and it works real well...especially since all calls to landlines are free through the end of the year. I have been wanting to add other audio into the conversation but I can't figure it out. I use a microphone and wanted to do any and all of the following...play music through itunes, play soundboards from websites, and use a voice changer. Do you know how to make this possible. Also does anyone know a good voice changing app that is either cheap or free and works w/ mac? Very hard to find.

Skype is free to US landlines? Man - no wonder they're racking in subscribers. I have to pay for every landline call I make (which is peanuts but still)
