animated text for a site - flash? suggestions?

Hello!
I am trying to create some text moving horizontally inside two lines for my website and I simply can't find an application for Mac to do it for me, nor any explanations about how to do it with flash...
any suggestions?
it is not a scrolling bar, the text has to move horizontally, and I would like to be a long text, like 50 lines -- I really can't figure out how to do it

Could you explain better (or find an example) of what you are really looking ot do? What are these "two lines"? What is the text? Do you have a mockup image?

Flash would be fine to do that... and you get a month of free ride ... that should be enough to move a bit of text
