Whats the mac version of print screen? Or if not is there a way i can save a frame in final cut express as an image? Thanks

This will allow you to make a box. Make the box accordingly.

The picture will be saved on your desktop.

You can use Command-Shift-3 to take a picture of the whole screen, then print it using the Preview app. You can also use Command-Shift-4...which will give you crosshairs to select just a portion of the screen and take a picture of it.

Or Command + Shift + 4, then hit the spacebar, giving you a camera icon with which to take a "snapshot" of any window you hover over and click upon.

I knew of Command+Shift+4 and Command+Shift+3, but never knew of the spacebar trick. This saves me some time. Thanks. :)
