Any way to video chat with MSN Messenger?

Is there any version or plug-in for MSN messenger that will allow Mac OS X to video chat? I have been looking but haven't found anything.

Short answer: the major option is to use one of several freeware messenger clients. Here are the two most well-known options.

Both work with the iSight.
