I have a couple modem scripts which used to work great in Mac OS X, however when I upgraded to Yosemite they stopped working as Apple likes to fix things which aren't broken. Basically, the new format is a bundle with digital signature. Apple provided no way to import old scripts and the online guide doesn't appear to explain how to digitally sign a script.
