anyone still having trouble with spss in tiger?

A few weeks ago, we--or at least those of us who use SPSS--were excited to see that SPSS finally released a Tiger-compatible version.

Lately, I've been having trouble running even this new version on my dual 2 ghz G5. The program just collapses--stops running and disappears. Sometimes I get a "do you want to report this to Apple" window, but sometimes I don't.

Anyone else having this issue?

I moved onto graphpad prism because there was no tiger support. It does not do everything SPSS does but it works well. I can't get the new version of SPSS because it is under my old mentor who I no longer work for. Does it work as poorly as it did before?

A little better. . .

SPSS works a little better now, in that you can run a few command lines at a time. However, the program quits on me about 15 times a day (during about 5 hours/day of use). Very frustrating. . .
