Hi Guys,
I have asked the question before, but I don't think the answer was conclusive.

Are Apps available to previous purchasers (whether free or charged),
after the programmer's membership program has expired?
Can anyone actually confirm this for certain?
What about the programmer of the Apps himself?

I know that Apple deleted Apps (for doing something bad) become
unavailable from the App Store, and the customer relies on their iTunes backup.

What I gather so far, is that the Apps will no longer appear in a search of
the App Store, but can be restored by previous purchasers from the App Store,
even if they did not do an iTunes backup.

I don't have any examples of this in my purchased Apps.

I fear nasty emails from ppl who restored their devices,
and can no longer access an App they had previously
(and for at least one App, there would be).
