iOS App Suggestion

Unfortunetly I am not skilled enough to write this program my self, but i would like an app called forwarding, which would set my call forwarding with 1 button press to either home, work, or off based on my location.

Pretty sure that's not possible on a non-jailbroken device; we don't get access to other apps or their settings.
