App to Keep Track of Items/Sales

My neighbor has a little shop where he sells small items on the weekends. He'd like an application (just bought an iMac) where he could keep track of inventory, sales, etc.

Any applications that might be useful to him? Thanks!

There are other options, but those are some of the common ones used for that purpose. They'll all have some adjustment timeframe, with FileMaker Pro being the most difficult to get set up of those three, but each probably has their own unique strengths.
