Apple mail problem

Hi,

I was working in apple mail and had problems connecting to my pop server. In the course of troubleshooting I deleted the account which in turned deleted all my mail.

Anyone know of any chance of getting the mail back? I didn't see it in Trash....

Any help would be appreciated..

There might be a deleted mailbox (mbox) in the ~/library/mail folder, and you may be able to resurrect it with the import command from Mail.
