I signed up to a trial of Apple One when it was first announced but have since cancelled. My subscription is scheduled to end on 30 November. I no longer have access to TV+ or Arcade after I cancelled One.
I recently signed up to EE, a mobile phone operator in the UK, and they are offering Music, TV+ and Arcade free for 24 months (it’s not quite free of course!). I’ve found I can’t subscribe to TV+ or Arcade as it looks like theres a conflict with my One subscriptions even though i no longer have access to TV+ or Arcade.
Has anyone see this type of issue before and if so, any fix? I guess it will correct itself once my One subscription finally ends next Monday and EE kicks in.
My Apple Music seems fine as it is still on the One subscription and also the EE subscription and hopefully on Monday, the EE subscription kicks in.
Thanks
