was your seminar for specialist/concerige?
was it as bad as it sounds from previous messages.. about how you have to make a presentation with a group of people..

(or if not now in a few hours!).The seminar was for no job in particular at this stage and we were told just to go in casual because "this is Apple". I wore jeans, a short sleeved blouse with a long sleeved top underneath and flats.

oh, really, I suppose the interview seminar that I will be going to is different...because I received an email which stated that we must dress business casual (i.e no jeans, no tennis shoes, no suit attire) which makes it seem kind of specific....

In that case if I had to dress business casual as a female I'd wear something like..

So its formal but its also casual?

They generally do not appreciate anything leaking. However, my comment was more directed at if you accept a position, you are not even supposed to look at this website, let alone post, god forbid acknowledge you are an Apple employee. Good luck though.
My mistake in misunderstanding what you meant, then. I was just giving my input on what we were told, I'm not an expert on Apple's employees rules, shall keep what you have said in mind, though.
Here's the thing, its generally known that Apple retail know nothing anyway, so what possible threat are those employees when visiting such boards. I think it has more to do with proper representation, if Apple Retail staff were here it could be seen as official help, and look bad for them if things go screwy for any individual who takes their advice.
I went yesterday and it was a good laugh - everyone is going to find out today if we're through to the next stage.

They gave no indication and the recruiters don't know when the store will open.
Hey, I did too, I'm pretty pumped since I've always wanted to work for Apple and now they're opening a store! Although I chose to go at 3pm on the 5th... FG hotel too.
