Has the bug that allows changing cellular data settings when Restrictions have been set to preclude such changes been fixed?.

Thank god. 9.3b3 broke a lot of stuff
Hopefully they'll fix bluetooth issues. When I get a call on my phone in my car, the music cuts out. It is supposed to come back on when I end the call, but instead the bluetooth connection becomes unpaired if I try to play music again. The hands-free phone bluetooth connection still works - only so long as I don't try to play music.

:(

May i remind everyone with bugs to fill out the feedbackForm. That's the only way to push Apple to change sometihing.

I am still on public beta 3, so I have to ask, is CC and CS still as smooth as Beta 3? Just want to make sure that there are no downgrade in terms of smooth animation and performance in beta 4.

Thanks.

This update fixed the 1970 date bug. Had two retail units stuck in boot loops do to some pricks setting the date to 1970 and restoring in DFU mode did not help. But restorting to this BETA update made both devices go back to normal.

What happens if the date is changed again (to that problematic one) on those units?

I know someone who tested this, @spockerz, and he said you can't go back to anything beyond 31 December, 2000. This was because he's in GMT - 5. The limit is midnight on 1st January, 2001 in GMT.
