One would have thought so! Instead of devoting resources to forecast accuracy (as well implementing all the great data DarkSky.NET provided), they wasted resources on designing a horrid GUI. Let Apple know your thoughts on their app via https://www.apple.com/feedback/weather/Didn't Apple buy DarkSky primarily for their weather technology? Seeing as though they didn't use much else from the app, I thought at the very least we were getting the accuracy of DarkSky.
FWIW, I use the hourly weather point type forecasts at weather.gov. It gives nice concise but detailed *graphs* of temperature, dew point, humidity, heat index, rain % and amount, sky cover, lightning, wind velocity & direction, and more. More accurate for me (YMMV) than Apple's abortion and, important to me, very easy and quick to determine what the weather is forecast to be.
