Nice items, thank you, but would APPLE please give me back the good old iDVD or DVD Studio Pro for the people outside the Apple offices still want DVD's to be burned. Millions are banned from the dvd burning, for we are forced by Apple to reject these items. Please return back to the good old programs. P L E A S E !!

Do any of these feature Apple Pencil? Apple did that great Shot on iPhone 6 campaign; I'd love to see a similar campaign except using Apple Pencil artwork.

Wonder how would they start in India since they 've no official Apple stores.

On the other note, JDI (Japan Display Inc) have announced the production of OGS (One Glass Solution) displays as the next or 2nd generation LCD LTPS panels, commencing from January 2016 allowing for borders as thin as 0.5mm and 10-bit colour saturation which actually shows what the 2016 iPhone 7 is getting ready for.
Though OGS display is not completely new and unused tech as its been already used among Chinese manufacturers (like Yu Yutopia) with availability of Corning's CONCORE Glass through Sharp.

All the art created by all the people of the world should be archived with the millennium clock.

...that way, when alien archaeologists excavate the overgrown ruins of earth, they can see this foul, savage species was actually capable of producing something redeeming, of lasting value. ...not that it valued it at the time...

The rose from Japan did and at least one more. The campaign seems more self-promotion for the artists than educational though. Kind of like friends' wedding photos. Half the "story" is about the photographer and it takes away from the story.

For that matter, Bento and iWork need to work again... FileMaker used to be awesome. Bento was nifty even if niche. They really have let it go from a must have (for those in the field) to laughably inadequate. Numbers used to do numbers around Excel (except with file compatibility) but now Excel is easier to use. Please Apple, don't make us switch.

It didn't feel that way to me at all. To the contrary, the pictures demonstrate what can be done with the devices that we might not have imagined they could do (thus, educating us that way). AND each page shows how the artist did what they did with their phone or iPad--de-mystifying it so that we know we might be able to do something similar. And, finally, each one has a link to the apps or things that helped create the work of art. So the page educates us in the tools that can transform the phone or iPad into something more.

Now, granted, there are some images there that the average person couldn't do without either real artistic talent (the birds) or some extra "tools" that are out of range for us (a helicopter). But the idea is to demonstrate that the tools we can get our hands on can take any of us farther than we thought we could go in creating artistic images. (What, by the by, would you have used to capture a viewers attention and get this across--if not art/images like these?)

I think this promotion does what it sets out to do. And that it *does* educate us in how to create our own works of art...as much as it can given that it has to be relatively short and sweet and not an art or photography class.

Felt this should be a good thread that many won't really cares about.
People would rather argues that iOS 9 did a horrible job in the iPhone 4s or what's next in the market.
That doesn't sounds like "think different" to me. Computers were created for doing things, you know, not arguments.

Art and artists aside, the "Start Something New" page is horrible. The UE on my MacBook stinks, jogging all over the place to get to and stop on a single image. NOT simple, easy or Apple. It's a little better on my iMac's larger screen, but still not great.
