apple tv 4 remote don't work

the remote stopped working after 3 month I own this streamer. with the remote app on my iphone is working fine. I tried to click on the menu button and the plus together for 5 second but nothing happen.
what should I do?

I paired the remote to my mac and it worked. I let the remote to be charge and now it's work fine on the Apple TV device.
