The shape is a rounded square.
WWDC is a developer conference.
Developers make apps.
On iOS, app icons are masked to rounded squares.
Apple also makes other products which are rounded squares.
Don't read too much into it.
Keep your attitude at the door thanksCaptain Obvious
I see Apple has cryptic session names again. I'm curious how developers plan for this as I'm guessing the sessions aren't announced until the night before or day of?
I am trying to think of what to call the meeting I am about to put on my calendar between 10 and 12 pacific. Maybe I will go with something like -
A Personal/Professional Logistic Encounter
I see the Apple TV at the centre, the other squares on their side round the outside as other Apple TVs. The circles round the outside are other Apple devices. And the concentric circles in the middle are wi-fi fields overlapping each other.
Or maybe they just used iOS and Watch OS app icon shapes because it's a developer conference.
This could be an app store for the Apple TV finally.
Ooh boy... That hype sure is slowly building up! I cannot wait.

Have I missed anything?

We will, of course, see the next versions of both iOS and OS X. iOS 9 and OS X 11 are rumored to be updates that are focused on
Right my entirely wishful thinking longshot is: iPhone 6s
C'mon OS X 10.11, with bug fixes and performance improvements!
Edit: And hopefully a system-wide dark mode
Keep your attitude at the door thanks
Yep it's obvious but not everyone might have noticed that so I said.
