Well, I spent a good 2 hours last night trying to get my song library to sync to my new AppleTV. Finally, I discovered that none of my songs had the little box checkmarked. Once I did that, the whole library synched without a hitch. My question is what are those checkmark boxes there for? Apparently all of them should always be checked?

Oh, and AppleTV is freakin awesome. They do need to make a more expensive model with a larger hard drive imo.

There's an option in iTunes to have only checked songs sync to an iPod. I think when iTunes is shuffling songs to play it won't play unchecked songs. Like in Party Shuffle. There might be other uses for the checkboxes too...

You can Command-Click a checkbox to get all the boxes in the current list at once, I hope you found that !
