A whole bunch of new apps appeared in the App Store yesterday, some of which had be stuck "In Review" for over 2 weeks.
So one theory is that this will be their regular cycle, like their music store, to push a whole bunch of new updates out every Tuesday. Since the review queue still looks to be well over 1 week long (maybe 2 or 3 weeks), developers might want to line up their updates to be ready every Tuesday, at least two weeks before they want them to appear in the store.
