I couldn't help but notice this today when on the Refurb site.. it says the 2.0GHz is 1280 x 800 and the 2.4GHz is 1200 x 800. Is this an error on Apple's part or does the 2.0GHz really have 80 more pixels? I don't see this being logical, but it made me wonder.

    Here's a picture.

i just looked at the box that my macbook came in and it says that it is a 1280 by 800 pixel display. I have the 2,4ghz model btw. So i assume that is just a typo on their website.

There's no such thing as a display with 1200x800 (at least I don't think so). It's a typo.

Typo. You can confirm the real resolution of specific models on sites such as everymac.com

I figured so, just thought it was interesting.

I also checked my 2.4 and it said 1280x800 as well.

I've seen them put 15.4" instead of 13.3" as well. Happens all the time.
