Are there any NAV apps for custom route w/multiple waypoints + voice/turn-by-turn directions?

Looking for an app that can do this:

- Let me make a custom (US) driving route with multiple waypoints/stops. Or can import KML from Google Maps/Earth.
- Gives me real-time turn by turn voice navigation.

- Google Maps, MapQuest & Nokia HERE apps don't do it.

I found some apps that do this but they don't give you turn-by-turn voice navigation.
