Anyone else getting this error? I can't activate my iPhone 6+ using iTunes, over wifi, or cellular.

My information is correct. I've lived in this zip code for 10+ years and obviously know my own social security number.

What to do?!

Did you happen to ever figure out what the problem was here? I recently got the iPhone 11 Pro Max through the Apple iPhone Upgrade Program and I am having the same exact issues. I had to run back and forth between AT&T and Apple 4-6 times today because they were blaming each other and did not actually know the issue...
