That's really weird, I got a similar problem.
For some torrents I have a decent amount of seeders but it only connects to 2 or 3 rather then the full 40?? Although the settings say maximum connection to seeders - 60?
PS TV show torrents are great....I'm in China and Chinese television just doesn't work for me
(especially since I have no clue on what they're talking about) so torrents are the only way I get to watch some "decent" TV
