macOS -bash: extensions: command not found

Hi -

When I open Terminal I get the error:
-bash: extensions: command not found

How can I remedy this?

HELP!!!

check your ~/.bash_profile

there is probably something written there that does this "extension" command

or it could be in /etc/bashrc
