okkk i sent my ipod in for apple to fix it.....so i got it back and they didn't even fix..there so dumb....the problem that ipod has right now is that it only charges fully 50% of the battery...which means that i coould only use my pod for like an hour...when they sent my ipod back to me they said that the problem was that there was a liquid in it, which i believe is not true because its still messed up...should i call in again

Well, it seems they're pointing to liquid damage as the cause of your problems, which isn't covered by warranty. Simply calling them again for the same problem won't work, since they've certainly got their report on it linked to your serial number.

The best you can do is try to convince them that you didn't get it wet.

The Sticker Might Rat You Out

There is a sticker inside the iPod touch that will turn from white to orange if the unit got wet, so that is probably why Apple is not honoring the warranty.

You might need a new logic board - they these guys:

Let us know what the issue turns out to be, ok?
