iOS Best 2015 iOS Ad networks & Ad Mediation

Hello. I created my first iPhone app and i want to integrate ads to it. I integrated StartApp's SDK with ease. But i want your advice. What are the best ad networks with high eCPMs in 2015 ? And what ad mediation should i use ? I checked mopub but it doesn't allow me to add my app without it being live, because they need the iTunes URL and i didn't submit it yet

I use Google's AdMob mediation and AdMob and iAd as my ad networks. Lately, though, I've been less than impressed with the ad revenue I'm getting. But I think it's a tough market to get eyeballs for.
