Best keyboard/mouse control for Windows? (re: Unified Remote?)

What's the best app for iOS that acts as a keyboard/mouse for a Windows PC?

It looks like Unified Remote is extremely popular on Android and fairly popular on iOS but the UI is pretty terrible. Are there any alternatives?

I'd love for the iPad to just act as a bluetooth keyboard/mouse but you need to jailbreak for that. :(
