Does your case have a "SMELL" to it and can you pack everything in it with out damage to say the MBA itself? Some of the reviews on this over at Amazon are not that great

No, no "smell" other than nylon, which kinda smells like plastic. It's not a hard case, and it's not padded. If you dropped it, there could be damage. Add padding and hard sides, and you've left sleeve territory behind...

They make a version for the 11" air and iPad as well. I have one of the original design ones. It's fantastic.
