I've had a slightly irritating issue browsing Windows shares in Tiger that I dont' recall having in Panther:
If I browse the Network area via Finder, I can see the workgroup that my one Windows PC is in. I double-click the workgroup and it shows the Windows box. If I double-click the Windows box, Tiger says that the target of the alias has been removed or something along those lines (I'm at work on a Windows box rather than at home on the Mac). I can, however, go to smb://192.168.1.104 without problems and mount the share. I just find it irritating, becuase I'd like to put that alias on my desktop so that every time I want to connect to the PC, it's just like double-clicking. Anyone else have this? Anyone who had it find a fix?
