Burned DVD's won't play

Hi Guy's!
I burned a few NTSC DVD's for a customer on my PC to both DVD- and DVD+ disk's and neither will play on his G4 OS 9.2 with an apple DVD2.7 player.

I stopped by the apple store and they played fine on a new mac they had on display. The sales people were of no help with this problem.

Anyone have any idea's?

What program did you use to encode and burn the DVD? What drive did you use, the more details the better.

DVD's were authored and burned from Adobe Encore. The burner I used was a Buslink 8x DVD+-R and +-RW drive.

I tried using memorex, imation and TDK disks.
