Hi hey hey!

OK, so I have a new thing I need to do in Tiger. I'm busy downloading Vista :)eek:  *apologies*) and it's in ISO form which needs burning to a DVD (all 3.2Gb of it!)

Simple question: how do I burn an ISO to a DVD (or CD) which is bootable without a third party app? Can I do it in Terminal somehow?

Thanks,

Uber

Yeh, I thought (expected) that to work. A while back I was trying to burn a Linux distro to CD and ended up using a windows box (!) because none of the CDs my Mac popped out were bootable...

You could always get cdrtools from fink or darwinports and use cdrecord if disk utility doesn't work.
