Call of Duty 4 MAS

So I remember reading a while ago that Call of Duty 4 on the Mac App Store was unable to download custom maps or something. Is this still true? Is there currently any differences to the disc based version? Thanks.

EDIT: Ah, I assume that is what "Punkbuster and user-mods fixes" is?

Yes, that's what those fixes are. The App Store version should be able to handle mods and custom maps since that update.
