Any monitor you can find that can be connected directly, or through the use of adapters/dongles, to a USB-C connection is compatible with a Mac (basically almost every monitor currently made).

The specs you're providing are so generic that you can pick virtually any display sold that meets them. Just do a search on Amazon.

You're better off getting a 4K monitor to use with macOS. HDR is gimmick on most monitors. Just find monitors that have a USB-C (altDP) input.
