Can I create a still image in imovie to use in iphoto?

Does anybody know if I can create a still image in imovie and use it as a regular picture. I know how to create a still in imovie, but don't know what to do after that.

I'm transfering my old home VHS videos to DVD and would like to use a still from a part of the video for the DVD case.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

"save frame as"> Jpeg > save to desktop > import into iphoto
