I do regular backups of my Iphone 6s Plus onto my Mac.

Just recently I accidentally deleted some important notes from the IOS native NOTES App on my Iphone.

I am assuming that they are still inside of my previous backup, and would like to find out how I can recover these.
I did not do any new backups after I deleted these notes.

Is there a way to recover these notes, even just by showing them on my Mac screen?

Thanks, but wouldn't RESTORE FROM BACKUP overwrite any new entries on the Iphone?
Is it possible to restore the content of just this one Notes App?

Or maybe it is possible to restore and merge old and new content?
Since I've never had this issue before, I am not sure if this is possible.

Also, I really do not care if this lost note reappears on my Iphone, as long I can view it on my Mac.
Maybe I can retrieve it from the current backup??

Thanx in advance.
