Can I send via AirPlay TO a Mac?

I am considering putting my Mini media server next to my HiFi, connecting to the stereo via a USB DAC rather than as it is now, with the Mini via Airplay to an Airport Express to the HiFi.

If I do it this way, can I also use AirPlay from my other Macs or iOS devices to my Mini/USB DAC/HiFi system or would I need an Airport Express or ATV in the mix?

Airfoil speakers for the Mac will make it show up like an Airplay receiver.
