FAQ: Associating a signature with an email account

FAQ: How can I associate a signature with an email account?

Like us, many of you have multiple email accounts. Yes, it would be cool if we could associate a signature with a particular iPhone email account.

Unfortunately, NO Third Party application on the iPhone has the ability to select a specific email account. Whenever Email Signature Pro launches Apple Mail, it ALWAYS starts with the default email account. We agree, this is annoying!

To select another email account when you are in the email compose screen, tap on the From: field and it will allow you to choose a different email account to use to send the email.

FAQ: Using a signature in a Reply email

FAQ: How do I use a email signature in a Reply email?

1) Hit the reply button in Apple Mail
2) Exit Apple Mail by using the Menu button
3) Run the Signature app and select your signature
4) Your selected signature will be inserted into the reply email
5) Compose and send the email

Follow the same procedure to forward an email.

This process is required due to the limitations that Apple applies to ALL Third Party applications, Email Signature Pro included.
