Changing Icon appearance

Hello, im trying to change those blue folders. I really dont like them. Is there anyway i can change them? Also a site where i can get some nice customised icons from?

candybar from panic man.. fun stuff.. check out resexcellence.com for a few icons too.. there are probably a few better places, but i use resexcellence..
