My professor recently gave us a long handout that I wanted to read on my iPad. OK, so I scanned it in as always, had a nice PDF on my computer, and wanted to put it into iBooks. Then I realized that this particular PDF (unlike the ones she's given us before) has a few "intro" pages in the beginning, and page 1 of the text starts on, like, page 9 of the handout. All our homework assignments are written as "read pages 15 through 30," and the like. Is there any way to reassign page 9 as page 1, and give the earlier pages something like Roman numerals instead? I know I could just do the math in my head with every assignment, but if there's an easy way to change this I'd rather do that instead..
