Heh, did you let your pet monkey type the thread title? (That's what it reminded me of.)


I know a guy who went in to have a cancerous skin growth on his nose removed. Turns out the thing went a lot deeper than they realized and he had to have half his nose removed. So, during the same surgery, they grafted skin from somewhere else to reconstruct his nose. He's been walking around with a huge bandage on his face for weeks now.

I, myself, am pasty white (higher risk) and there's a history of skin cancer in my family. And I've been living in sunny deserts for years. So yeah, I need to be keeping watch out for that.
