If your company name is "IP Application Development Limited", then trying to buy the IPAD trademark looks quite natural. And that happened to be the name of Apple's subsidiary that approached Proview and said, completely truthfully, "we want to buy the trademark IPAD that you own for £35,000".

An oxymoron is a figure of speech that combines contradictory terms. E.g. words "Trademark" and "China".

In essence, when it comes to China, all bets are off with regards to justice, laws and trademarks!
