Is this normal? I could've sworn that when I first installed Windows 7 the restart button would boot me back into Windows or am I imagining things?

Edit: I've also noticed that OS X seems to be indexing something after every startup. I've read that it could be attempting to index the bootcamp partition so I've taken measures to prevent it from doing so but it still takes about a minute or two to index at startup. Does this always happen?
