Its nothing that most of us on this site already don't know. I think he is trying to be a bit politically correct in regards to dell in my book. On his little knock against apple on thier support he clearly has not visited apple's support site nor has he ever called them. As to the price of upgrades, There are plenty of option in where you don't have to goto through apple.
